Application Requirements

Application fee is $35.00 per person or $60 for two. (If you bring cash, please bring the exact amount because we do not keep cash in our office.) When you turn in your application to us, please be prepared to give us a copy of the following:
1. a picture ID issued by a governmental agency or driver’s license
2. your social security card
3. three current, consecutive pay stubs
A Co-Signer may be considered for applicants who have not established a sufficient rental history or employment history. The co-signer must complete the application and sign the lease agreement and all other documents just as if he/she was going to be the tenant and responsible for the monthly rent.
We accept only cash or money orders for security deposits and we do not accept any money (except the application fee) until you are approved. We do accept personal checks for monthly rent but if it is returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds more than once, we will only accept rent in the form of cash or money order thereafter.
