RENTAL POLICY & REQUIREMENTS
River Mill Property Management does not discriminate on the basis or age, race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
1. Scoring of your consumer credit report. We use an outside company to receive a copy of this report that gives us an indication of how you pay your bills.
2. Criminal background check. We do perform this check in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Your signature on the application authorizes this check for us. Your application will be rejected if there is a history of any kind of criminal behavior that might pose a threat to others in neighboring properties.
3. Rental history. We do work with applicants who have less than perfect credit, although the main reason for being turned down by River Mill is showing a history of moving off owning and owner, landlord, or complex money for rent or damages.
4. Income. We do not have a specific formula that we follow. However, by requesting copies of your check stubs, we want to make sure that you can afford to make the monthly rental payments.
5. Employment history. An applicant’s job stability and length of employment is a very good indicator of what kind of tenant we would be getting.
